Yeah well... it's the day before the whole THING begins.. Low Carb Diet, and working out on a regular schedule. It's gonna be tough, but hey... it's what life's all about, isn't it? Well perhaps not. However, it's all for the best. Anyway, I'm trying to clean out and sort the final box before I'm finally settled. Can't decide if I should really get a small 15inch TV or something.. just so I can watch a movie in bed once in a while. I have to admit, I miss that already.

Final day before dietary celibacy also means all out "going down in flames" extravaganza og candy, soda and what have we. Movies galore with the full package. It's gonna be a right old gluttonfest. Tomorrow is the start of a new era... or something to that effect :)

Funny how shit never quite turns out like you'd want it to. I had hoped to start the low carb routine on the first of feb, but what with my mom gone, me tending her cat in her apartment, and going back and forth between places of residence (due to the recent moving around), I've decided to postpone the diet until she has returned, and I am living in the new place full time. It is easier that way, as we'd (Rancor and myself), have to buy stuff and move it back and forth... Well I would anyway, and I just can't be arsed.

So, when we've settled in, it will begin. I predict somewhere around Feb 13th. On a happier and totally related note, we did indeed arrange a date for an instructor in our gym to guide us through a set program, that we'll need to follow. The program will be for bodytoning mainly. I'll of course be updating you lot when the facts roll in :p

Rancor tipped me off today, about a book that was on sale at the local bookstore. We're counting heavily on entering a homekept diet come Feb 1st, and we've been shopping around (yeah, I deliberately use that term, as there seems to be billions of diet choices these days) for a good one. Low Carb apparently, is the way to roll, so this book was bought for a mere fifty danish kroner (roughly $8) which was a bargain. On my first quick leafthrough, I found a lot of interesting information. Diagrams of which food items are healthy, which are neutral, and which are to be avoided at all costs. Nothing revolutionary on that front, but it will be interesting to see what a semi-tight scheme can do for us. Of course, we'll be working out as well, doing body toning for some time, before heading back towards the weights. Book certainly lays down a nice guideline. Will be interesting, and course, you'll be able to follow the entire course of the diet right here, on dalif.com !
